Do pink/purple hybrids spawn more pink/purple hybrids?

If I do a checkerboard pattern of link hybrids will they spawn more pink hybrids?

Same goes for purple.

Or do they only spawn from red and white combination? Or white and white for purple).

Yes, pink+purple will spawn pink+purple (plus whatever parent colours). If you put lots of pink together lots of pink offspring will form.
