Just a question...those of you who don't know what folding pizza is...what country are you from? Where I'm from (America, not sure if you guys are too) it is perfectly acceptable for people to fold pizza in half and eat it or to just take bites.

I don't at all.
My Mom introduced me to this way of eating pizza when I was a kid because she is from New York and told it was the "New York way of eating a pizza." I mean, of course I did it because you know, I was a kid, but I only do it sometimes with ordered pizza.
Edit: Oh ya forget to mention it was the in half the long way. I've never seen anyone eat it hamburger style.

I'm in Australia. Ive seriously never seen nor heard of anyone folding a piece of pizza to eat it.. Not in RL or in movies, tv shows, anything. Using cutlery to cut small pieces to eat like proper food, yes. But folding? No.
I don't think it's rude or anything for someone to do so.. But I'm very curious as to what the point is? Why fold it? Why not just eat? Do people roll up the piece sometimes like it's a thick tortilla, too??

I fold it the long ways if the slice is huge (which can be common because ya know America) so if the slice is just too big to hold and eat at the same time, I'll fold it. If the slice is a smaller size I'll just eat it the way it is and not fold it.
I guess it's more common in america because we have some huuuuuuuuuuuge pizza slices going around

I voted sometimes and by that I meant to do sometimes half longways. Usually only certain types of pizza, like if it's a thinner crust floppy pizza I'll fold it, but if it's just a regular slice I keep it au natural.

What? I always fold my pizza! I thought that most people do fold there pizza! I live in the usa. So im not sure if we are the only ones.
I've never folded my pizza before. I prefer just plain, flat pizza; if I want a folded pocket of pizza, I can easily make a calzone instead.
Well I currently live in New York, born and raised and my Italian parents always taught me how to eat it folded. You can eat more in one bite because both ends are together, so one bite gets both sides of the pizza. But here, even people who aren't Italian do it, but since we have so many it's just a trait people here picked up.
