Do all (sizes of) leafy trees turn pink?

I haven’t been able to find an answer and don’t remember from Spring 2020:

Do the smaller growth stages of trees also turn pink for cherry blossom season, or just the fully grown ones?

Trying to prep my landscaping!

I think I’ll plan smaller ones then to give it some depth. And maybe a cute miniature one or two in front of houses. Exciting!
