She has been on Nintendo consoles since the Game Boy and has a new game coming out this year for the Wii U. Not many people these days seem to know about her, which is a shame, because her games are really fun platformers. She has a lot of potential attacks, her dances can be used as taunts, and WayForward has even suggested alternate costumes they can use. She would be a great addition to Smash and it would be a good way to advertise the release of a new game from a longstanding Nintendo third-party series.
Hector:
I have been a Fire Emblem fan for years and would love it if they added a character that didn't have to use a sword. I greatly enjoy Ike and Marth, but come on, there are other character types to choose from. Hector's primary weapon is an axe. There are also lance users that they could use, and a lot of other crazy classes that don't rely on swords.
Sceptile:
We have a Fire Pok?mon in Charizard. We have a Water Pok?mon in Greninja. Why do we not have a grass representative? Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire were the most recent games and Sceptile would be a perfect addition to complete the starter type trio. Others might prefer Ivysaur, but my own personal preference is toward Sceptile.

I hardly know what Fire Emblem is and I don't use any of the characters so it disappoints me that we got Roy instead of Splatoon Stage.
What if they just don't say a word about the ballot until Thanksgiving or Christmas? I mean, because it's not a presidential election type of ballot, Sakurai needs to take time to read through most of the submissions that have been taken for months with people usually voting for characters 2+ times.
What if he picks some off-the-cuff character from an old/not hyper-popular franchise like Poo, Kumatora (both from Mother), or Chibi-Robo, or a Prof. Layton character? (not that all of these are my hopes sakurai pls put kumatora in)

Uh I think it might be because they'll be saving it for when we get the inklings in smash (that would only make sense right?). But I think they might save the Inklings for Smash 5 as one of their big character reveals. I'm hoping for Shantae or Bayonetta as a new third party character, and K. Rool, Chibi Robo, Isaac, and Inkling for first party characters.

We don't need to add in any characters from their main franchise? I'm pretty sure they would rather add someone in that most people would know about rather than someone from a game only a few handful have played, u less they want no one to buy them??
I think we already have enough of their main franchise. I think Mario, Pok?mon, and Fire Emblem all have their fair share. I'd rather get some of the characters that aren't as recognized. And Fire Emblem is much more popular in Japan and and Fire Emblem:Awakening for the 3ds has sold over a million copies and there's a huge hype train for Fire Emblem:Fates so it's not exactly a few handful. But I gotta say, Roy was disappointing. I wish we got Anna since she's been in every Fire Emblem game so far also she looks a lot cooler and has more potential for a unique moveset than just a sword wielder.

Miriel is pretty cool, but i'd rather get Anna or Azura from Fates. I mean Azura could use some water based attacks and she wields a spear instead of a sword.

But it's also a big series so someone else would surely pick it back up if it did happen to be his last game.
