Buying DLC Codes for Roy, Ryu and Lucas (ESPECIALLY LUCAS) smash 3ds

I heard the release of the three newest additions and I thought I could possibly get a code for them! I believe if you purchase the fighter and pick both of them on the wii u, it gives you a code for the 3ds fighter. Correct me if I'm wrong if you can't get codes or if there's an easier method.
I'm willing to pay 1000+ tbt for each 3ds fighter code.
