Auction [DLC] 7-11 Set

I have so many 'fairy tale' items just sitting on the ground in my town. Princess stuff, sweets stuff, etc etc. Because I'm making a character with a fairy house, named, well, fairy. fairy needs money for her house to be big, so, I am selling a 7-11 set. I won't take less than 8m as that's required to pay the thing off, so thats starting bid.

Rules:
There is in fact a buy it now price, of 30m (this is 2m each with 12m on the ABD)
The winner will take the ABD up front, and place it in their home, and drop the cash outside their house for me, and allow me to use the ABD, in the entrance of their home, as a way of transfering the funds faster.
Bids are to increase in increments of at least 100k each.
The auction ends in 12 hours and 35 minutes. at Midnight in my timezone.

I agree. I just lost a complete set of gyroids because the OP didn't end the auction when they were supposed to. If you state a time, it should be that time.

So to be clear, are you formally bidding 26k presently,
or are you formally declaring a buy it now for 35m.?

Your answer basically tells me if i'm sleeping tonight or not lol ^^v

I believe the auction ends 12 hours and 35 minutes after 9:25 pm EST July 21, 2013. In other words, at midnight in queensland Australia. Thus, the auction, up until your last post, had not ended.
Now, however, you have formally declared a buy it now for 35m, and so the auction has officially come to a close (or at least it should; who am I to decide these things lol)

This auction doesn't end for another 4 hours and 20 minutes. I am not going to do anything stupid to the people participating in it. I'm not like that. The highest bid at midnight in my timezone (presently 7:39 PM) will receive the items. I don't care if at 12:01 I get an 100M offer lol. I'm pretty intense about being fair on this site, I care quite a lot about this community. I really like that we have wi-fi rating now, and my new goal is 100% wi-fi rating after 100 trades.

From what I've read, he hasn't committed to a 26m bid that he's capable of; but is trying to commit to a 35m buy-out, that would take place after the auction closes. Somebody feel free to correct me if i'm wrong. I would ideally like to wait for his 35m offer, but I don't want to make anyone feel ripped-off or jipped.

i did a mistake because of the time zones.. i calculated wrong and thought i was too late with buying now
also i didnt had the 30 millions at that time thats why i said i make 35m if you could wait but now i got the 35m
and we saw all that i did made it in time
i also wrote with super spooky via private message we agreed that its okay if i would buy it for 35m

besides you put a "buy it now" price and i would pay the buy it now price
i even had time right now for the trade~

As per the rules. I will bring the items, and give you the ABD to place in the entrance area of your home, to drastically speed things up. What you do with the other 9 will be up to you, ill probably leave them back at the train station unless you have any better idea.
