Dissapearing flowers?

Hey there,
Every so often I notice a flower missing from my various flower gardens.
I have Beautiful Town, they're usually hybrids and they're in places I don't run or even walk.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Hmmm... did you have any visitors recently? Thats probably the only reason I can think of.

Is it possible that you have the beautiful town ordinance? I know when that ordinance is in effect that villagers water your flowers but I don't know if they like pick them up or somehow replace them in some way but that's strange. I don't think I've ever heard of that. Only other thing I can think of is if people came to your town and stole one or two.

I rarely have visitors in my main town, sometimes I'll save and come back the next day and they'll be gone.
Maybe hybrids just disappear after a while.
