Every time I reply to a thread it automatically makes me watch it and turns on email notifications for it. I always have to go and disable it. Is there any way to disable it indefinitely, or a way to have it set as watch but without email notifs and instead let you pick out which threads you want to be notified about via email?
Go to this page and uncheck the boxes for automatically watching content. It will look like this:
This way if you want to watch a thread you will need to manually do so by pressing the "Watch" button. When you interact with this box it lets you choose whether or not you wish to receive email notifications.
