Dilemma with sending tbt bells?

It's been like this for a few weeks now, but I can't send anyone tbt bells? It just comes up with a sign that has a yellow triangle sign on it. No writing. I'm not sure why this is happening, and people can send me bells?

i really don't see why it wouldn't work, all you need to do is find one of their posts, click their bell amount, write the amount then click submit

thats weird i never had anything like that happen to me maybe you should talk to one of the mods

For some reason it only doesn't send when I use it on my laptop? I'll take a pic!
