Differences between regions?

Hey, all. I'm just wondering, are there differences in items between AC: New Leaf regions?

I've got a European version of Animal Crossing + I've just downloaded a copy of the Japanese Animal Crossing for my JPN 3DS, so I'm wondering are there 'region exclusives', I know there are exclusive DLC, I just missed the 7-Eleven series when I was in Japan last year u___u

Other than DLC I think there are differences in regional festivals depending on which region your game is from. Like on New Year's Eve in Japanese games you'll eat buckwheat noodles which is not a custom in other parts of the world.

Shame about your 7-Eleven though ._. It's a cool set, especially the ATM. You could keep an eye open at the forum's ReTail or the TBT Marketplace here, sometimes it'll be sold by other players.

I managed to get a hold of a couple of sets recently, I've literally spent a year trying to get hold of them haha I need to get out more

That's cool, it'll make playing both games worth it. It's just weird restarting and getting to know everything again 0_o
