did you guys pay your last loan to tom nook?

My house is still small after upgrading from the tent for nearly two months. There's something about having a small house that keeps me cozy and warm.

Yeah, now I've got less than 500k though. And wish I had held off.

I thought that you would get something cool or helpful(like a gold tool recipe) for doing so. Knowing what I know now, I never would have paid it off. At least not until I had so many bells I couldnt imagine using them all.

Yep I did the loan. I personally don't like owing people, so even if there's no real benefit to paying it back, I did. Also holding hope that we can expand the side rooms so I can be in Tom Nook's debt again

I paid it off for all three of my characters, I have the bells to spare and don't like leaving things unfinished.

I just paid it off also for completion sake. It bothered me so much everytime I used the ABD and there was a balance there lol.

I paid it off using all the turnip money I earned when the nooklings were buying it for 653. It wasn’t worth it, but I’m happy to see a 0 there!

I paid it off to get it over with, now I hope for more house upgrades in the future.

I'm doing it to feel accomplished. But I'm only paying 25,000 a day towards it since there's no rush.

I did and it's to be able to renovate the exterior of my house, plus I have bells lying around anyways so why not lol

Yes, to finish it off. Weird there wasn't a Nook Miles achievement for it when the other expansions all had one. I'm betting we'll see room enlargement (along with extended milestones) later on because of that.

Not yet, I've been at the last loan for like a month now lol but I do intend to pay it off, when I want to customize my exterior I'll do it. I can afford it but just barely, so I want to work on other stuff first, finish shuffling my buildings and bridges etc is priority.

Honestly, I do t see a reason to since there’s no reward

i paid my entire house off within the first two weeks, since i didn’t like having that cloud of debt over my head 😅 it feels really satisfying seeing my bells in the abd without the loan above it!
