Did you guys lose interest in ACNL?

I lost interest since I started my town over again. This game does not have any replayability by any means; you either commit to your town or you may as well shoot yourself in the thigh.

I always knew the beginning of the game was bad but having fewer villager quests, projects, shops, etc than what I used to have really throws the facts into my face. I've forced myself to play only now and then until I can catch back up instead of in my original town when I could easily drop several hours a day.

I'm addicted . . . @-@ There's just so much stuff to do everyday! Keeps me busy and I find it a lot of fun. :3

No way! Haha I've been waiting for this game for three years.... I'm not going to put it down now! xD I can play the game multiple times a day and not get bored.

I had to do the same thing. Trust me, it's worth it if you truly feel like a new town layout will be better.

I guess I don't have the deesire to make my town fancy fancy, expand my house, place paths here and there, water and cross breed flowers.
If that's the case, I'm having a hard time figuring out why you'd want to buy an Animal Crossing game at all.

I'm still hooked. It goes up and down for me, but I still play every day. My layout is terrible for making my town pretty, and I like my villagers too much to restart, but ill work on my house and puting flowers everywhere possible. Maybe ill get another game so I can lay down designs and make a cool town that people would actually visit for the dream thing.

Im still interested and like the other AC games I will probably stay interested for several months and possibly a year. since if I get to the point where I start to lose interest that's when I start expanding and exploring the boundaries of the game through experimenting and game enhancements. If anyone gets tired of a game in only a month, then they are seriously not getting their moneys worth out of their games. (unless they are smart enough to not buy them the day they are released and wait till their prices drop considerably.)

Nope! I haven't grown tired of it yet. Slowed down a bit, but that's only because of my later work schedule. It'll pick up again once September starts where it'll reverse back (hopefully). By October, though, it might slow down again when Pokemon X and Y comes (in which case I have chosen to start with Y). To avoid becoming too slow in progress, though, I plan to alternate daily (or at least after every few hours).

I'm at my grandparent's and aunt's place (they live in the same town but different houses) so both people want to give me something and I thinking of getting Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon but I really want to enjoy NL. I'm SO CONFLICTED SCREAAAM

Nah, I love AC.

I might play less when Pokemon X and Y or RF4 come out but I'll still play every other day.

When RF4, SSB3D, and Pokemon X comes out, I may have to divide my time to play all these games c:

and yay 100th post! its even been less than a week still lol.

When you have to reset a lot, you lose interest because you have to go through the same steps over and over.

I?m not bored at all, I have as much fun if not more than the first few days, I spend 3+ hours everyday lol.
Not gonna stop playing any time soon.

Most of the Dream Towns I really liked had bad layouts. :P But that's not usually what people look at when they visit I don't think. It's more important to the owner it seems... You can make an amazing town even with a bad layout.

I really enjoy playing the game. I haven't really explored much of the online play options because I've been too busy doing public work projects and trying to expand my house.

I feel my interest is starting to wane a bit but I am still loving the game. I bought Luigi's Mansion recently so my DS still gets used a lot.

Not at all. I can see myself playing this game until next summer and probably once in a while after that.
I don't mind multitasking my games (though I can see my AC hours dropping the week I get a PS4 whoops)

Ummm, no . . . Still having lots of fun. Especially having fun visiting and inviting others to my town.

I got it on the release date and i've been playing everyday for a couple of hours. I still have things i want to do such as cataloging and beautifying my town. I just started revamping some of my rooms, i am hoping to make one of them into a cafe where i can put the items i get at the roost. Also my museum is not complete. I usually get bored of games really quickly but games like AC have to be played slowly so you don't burn out.
