So, I had Nana listed as my dreamie for awhile. Someone PM'd me and he said that his Nana was ready to move. I took her, but I didn't really like her as much as I thought? She moved out after 2 weeks. So my question to you is, did you ever had a dreamie who wasn't that awesome when you met them? And did you let them go? I had this with Nana and Eunice.. I didn't like them anymore when I saw them in game.

It happens. I didn't like Bianca after I finally got her, but after a week and her changing into my town shirt, I absolutely adored her. A lot of people who are unsure about a villager try to find them in a dream address to check out how they feel in-game.

i recruited skye and chief from the campsite, really liked them both at first, but i ended up giving chief away and voiding skye ;; it might just be me, but i don't usually keep villagers i got the easy way like the campsite.

I had the same thing with Merengue. Although she wasn't one of my main dreamies, I think it's just because she has a cute design and is popular (I know there's a thread about her already but yeah). Sometimes I look at her and think "Aww, you're so cute" but other times I look at her and think "Ugh, you're so bleh".

I might sell her one day... I'm unable to decide... but since my town is a slight candy theme, she just fits, so I might end up keeping her.

Kinda. I remember when I got Fauna as a lucky random villager move in from my 2nd town but I didn't really connect with her so I made her move out.

Not really, I don't have any actual "dreamies". I've had a few villagers I wanted but they were few and I liked them in the game as well. I think it probably helps if you can find in-game pictures of them or visit towns and dream towns that have them so you can see what they really look like.

The opposite has happened to me, though. I've had villagers I didn't like and then started liking them a lot once I saw them in the game and interacted with them.

This happened to me with Rosie and Fauna >:

I might eventually give up Erik and Bam because of this as well. Somehow I'm just not as fond of them as I expected to be even though I've had both for a while now.

I only have few actual dreamies and I've loved all of them when I got them to my town c: But then there's been villagers that I've been thinking they're really cute and I wanted them to my town, but however I got rid of them in the end, cause I didn't like them so much when I had them in my town.

I'm starting to feel less of a connection with Skye and Chief. I have Marina and I absolutely ADORE her as my normal. Skye kind of ruined my plans anyways.. I had to cycle 16 because a random one plotted. I was considering switching her for Pashmina???

Not sure. But when I had my old towns I had Ankha and Rosie as dreamies.. Ankha and I clicked but Rosie and I just didn't at all. I finally ended up replacing both of them as dreamies. I don't like the cats much, honestly.. which is why me and Ankha fell through.

With Chief I will have four crankies so I really don't know what to do. My favorite wolf will always be Fang no matter what. I was considering replacing Skye with Pashmina (even though Skye is a doll...) and I'm not sure about Chief.. honestly..

Kind of, with Mira. She wasn't exactly a dream villager of mine but I still liked her. I kept her in my town for a while, got to know her and whatever and then decided to give her away because at the time I had the goal of getting all cubs (which failed ).

Yeah. That happened with... most of my villagers in my old town. Like Diana, Beau, Fauna, Hamphrey, and Fuchsia.

Sort of I guess. I recruited Mira from my campsite because I heard she's a pretty popular uchi and she looked kind of cute so I decided to give her a try. She's been in my town for a while now and I don't really have much of a feel for her anymore. Might give her up to someone who would appreciate her once she pings.

Not really. The only sort-of dreamie I had that hadn't been in one of my towns before was Zucker, and he showed up as a random move in and I absolutely love him.
My two main dreamies, Walker and Zell I've had before (Walker in CF and Zell when I started up NL)

I don't really have dreamies anymore, just villagers that I really like who may or may not end up staying. I thought I would really like Peanut, but she's just okay. And her house is so ugly and mismatched. I'm going to end up letting her go.
