Did some auto-adjusting with the Bells

I'm 99% sure I don't have my welcome Bells. I added up all the Bells I've made from Charge Tags, and my 2 lots of Birthday Bells...
Through Charge Tags I have made 1558 Bells
Through Birthday Bells I have made 231 Bells
Added together that makes 1789 Bells
And at the current time I have roughly 2031 Bells

2031 - 1789 = 242 > Which is roughly the amount I have made through posting. I'll go add up my posts/threads/votes now.
So that's why I still don't think I got my Welcome Bells.

I just went through and added up all the Bells I have spent and I have spent 157.5 Bells. and adding that to 242 still does not equal 900

What are these spammy Rover's doing? Also posting Bells = 373.1 which it more than 242 so that proves my point more I guess.
