Did I jinx myself?

Yesterday I asked people if they thought the monthly DLC was being discontinued. Well today whenever I try to get the present Pelly says that the access point I'm connected to isn't giving out presents at the moment. It's not my internet because my laptop and PS3 are working fine...I've been trying to download it since 8am PST.

Anyone else have this problem today?

Mine was fine, but I collected the present yesterday.

I got the same access point error when I tried just a moment ago. Days prior to that it would give me the maintenance error.
