Did I break the TBTF rules?

When I joined I got 200tbt and I thought, SWEET. I then learned now that apparently you only get 200tbt if you introduce yourself on the introduction board. I never did that! o_o. Did I just break the rules?

i believe its- once you post 5 times on day one, you recieve 200 tbt,

and once you post 20 times after day 1, you will get 500 tbt

no need to worry! It is automatically sent to you
However going on the introduction board is so nice I love it there, everyone is so sweet!

Aaah no! You broke no rules, so long as you didn't hack into the website to give yourself the bells. I'm not entirely sure about the whole 200 BTB for an introduction post thing; maybe you get 200 BTB for making your first few posts. I have no idea, though! I have not done any research into this, so I can only speculate.

You are fine, though! The website gave you those bells. If they were mistakenly given, it would be the website's fault (and not your's). (I don't think they were a mistake, though.)

Wait like 20 times in one day? I remember getting the 200 early on and being really confused.

No, you didn't break the rules. I think it has something to do with the number of posts you've made like Jacob said.

I didn't introduce myself either, but I still got the bells too. xD

Yeah, I remember those 500 bells! I thought somebody was possibly drunk and gave me all of theirs

I was really confused too, as I got 3 payments of 200 bells when I recently started posting. Then just now, I received 500 bells! I was totally shocked (but kinda relieved that I don't need to acquire more bells to try to get some dreamies!)

I used to think that I got BTB just by being on a long time because one day, I saw I had 700 BTB. (I was using TBT on my phone and often left the tab open like I was still active) Unfortunately, I blew through it pretty quick, spending 250 BTB on Merengue (she was a dreamie and I love her anyways). How ironic it is now that I desperately need BTB to decorate my town with blue & gold roses
