Did anyone got "system error" while in the island?

Yesterday when I went to the island to collect items, I got a "system error" while trying to return home, which made me lost EVERYTHING I got on the island, that include 2 mermaid furniture...cry...
As you all know, you can't save while on the island. I wonder if that error was done on purpose by the system?
so Rossetti could appear?

It happen when I was asking for another tour, and was sitting on the chair waiting....the system error appeared, and then just turned off....WHY! all my stuff gone~
