I'm not 100% positive this is possible right now, since bloodshot potions were released for the first time in 2019.
I think that if they come out again it'll work (chocolate cake restock permitting).

But it would be tough to wedge anything non-halloween between two bloodshot potions right now due to the dates. It would work better with candies instead of potions, or one candy and one potion though!

Well Fennekins said "compared to other collectibles" I see wix candies above and well... we all know thanks to @Crash how much trouble that can be to get even when offering the jackpot
