Demolishing and building a PWP on same day w/o TT...?

Hey so I'm pretty sure I did it once before with my climbing frame and bench... But I think you need to do one before the other - only I can't remember what order I did it last time. Can anyone help me out? :3

Isabelle can only handle 1 request per day, be it building something or taking something down.
