Aww! I totally forgot to ask politely to enter.. This happened the other day when I lost Lolly in a giveaway because I forgot to put in the word, "Catnip." My mind just goes too fast, and I really needed that money, too! Oh well. ;/

The best Looney Toons character is the Roadrunner because he was my elementary school mascot.
Besides copping out and saying Champs Elysees, I'll go with Apocalyptica's En Vie (here's a link). They have it in other versions too, but I think the French version is the best sounding...

'A walk to remember' and 'Hangover (Part 1)' have to be the best Movies out there in my opinion. The second hangover was kind of repetitive to me, and the third one was alright (brilliant ending with the parachute though). First Hangover though.... amazing movie. Really funny too!! A walk to remember. Man that movie had me emotional... Almost teared up. THE FEELS! :/
Im surprised your favourite Looney Toon character was Marvin. From a french person like you, who obviously loves french things (like snails for example( which i haven't tried, but would love to someday), I would have guessed the skunk with the french accent (i think he's called Pepe). Regardless, my favourite character would have to be Coyote That guy is always chasing his dreams... he's also invincible and never dies. So awesome!
I don't know if the "zizou chant" would be deemed as a song... but as he's my favourite player, a chant after his name always gives me goosebumps.
If that's not a viable entry for a french song, ill go for 'La Marseillaise'

Balthazar Picsou~~ May I enter your giveaway please? merci~ My favorite movie is "Milo & Otis" because as a kid I grew up watching the touching story and the animals were so cute. I've always loved Bugs Bunny, and I had a pillow of him when I was little. ^^ The song "Derni?re Danse" by Indila is catchy! My friend introduced it to me cause she is studying french. Good luck all!
