Have you tried the campsite trick? It’s quite effective for finding dreamies if you’re not against a little TT. You’re looking for Kiki though and there are A LOT of normals so it’s gonna be really tedious if you aren’t lucky but I think that’s your best bet to find her.
honestly i'm pretty bad with finding my dreamies, most i got with amiibos and since i can't really afford them, i've had to make them
i've heard the campsite method is really hard and takes ages and i'm pretty impatient lol so i stick to nook islands
but while i was island hopping i found apollo on the 15th island and another time i found sherb on the 8th island so it's random who you'll find but i have found a couple of villagers i wanted quicker than i thought i would
the other day i did actually find kiki on the 75th island i visited but didn't invite her since i was looking for judy
i don't have a great memory i just happen to write down who i find on which island, i like to keep track of everything incase there is a pattern aha

Hang in there! You’ll find her eventually! I did find Merengue and Raymond with the campsite trick. Yes, my island is now a wild mess of flowers, but I found them. You’ll get there, too. It’s a bit of a journey with so many normals, but at least you get to be submerged in ACNH and avoid the real world <shudder> as much as possible!

Yes but if you already have normals in your town then this method won’t be as effective. That and considering normals have the most number of villagers in its pool, I think. Then you’d have to go the mystery tour route but that’s not a guaranteed option either because it pulls from all personality pools, rolls by species first and there are A LOT of cats and it also has so many repeats. It’s really just RNG which is very very slim likelihood. Not to mention you’ll waste a lot of miles. Just get her amiibo is the best way, I think. If you’re really desperate for her.

I used the campsite trick to get Raymond without spending all of my nook mile tickets, but it took me two in-game years to find him qwq

As others have said don’t have any other normals on your island. Then your odds of getting a normal camper are 60%. Also I did the campsite trick twice and ended up in May 2021 after getting both Raymond and Judy. I guess I was a little lucky but I can say the weed cleanup was easy.

You can get a homemade amiibo card for Kiki for just $5 on eBay. It’s a small price to pay to save yourself hours of frustration!!

Found Raymond in my first campsite after resetting my secondary island once. Moved him to my main town, did island hopping in my secondary and found him 2nd try. Sold Raymond in my main one today and found him AGAIN on the 9th ticket from island hopping. That cat loves me so I'm just gonna keep him now

Besides Marshal, Ankha and Erik who were campsite move ins, and Genji who was adopted by a kind user on this forum, I found every single villager I have island hopping. Audie and Rosie were given to my sister and friend, Tangy was also adopted by a friend after I got her photo, had to skip Sherb, Fauna, Beau, and Tia because I was looking for Genji at the time. It takes a lot of time, effort and NMT (also luck I guess), but I hope you find Kiki soon! Finding your dreamies is one of the best feelings, sending you my luck!

My ultimate dreamies, Marshal and Pierce came from my forced campsite move in and as one of my friend's starter jock. But other great villagers have been found on islands when I gave them a chance on my island. Poppy and Lily are great examples of villagers I now love because I gave them a chance to live on my island

Oh you can just actually go back and forth for a month and it works the same. I did it for Marshal.
If you’re planning on doing it again and don’t want to spoil seasons, just go back to the beginning of the month after hitting the end and repeat the process over and over. Works the same way.

Yeah I get that. The good thing is you won’t have Holidays spoiled. The only thing that I saw that was in the game is New Years Eve/Day but ai didn’t check out the events. But I did see the environment change and some DIYs from Isabelle.

I feel your pain! I was looking for Merengue and wasted 50,000 nook miles to get tickets to island hop. I found Judy but I passed her up because I was optimistic and then they gave me a rando which ended up being Weber..
