Deirdre or Erik?

Hello everyone,

I've been considering replacing one of my current dream villagers with a deer. Deirdre is my favorite female deer; Erik my favorite male. I just can't decide... I think I would cherish either one. What do you all think?

Both are pretty okay, but I just never saw the appeal in Erik. Although I love the fact that he's a reindeer I always find myself....forgetting about him. He doesn't really make a big impression. Plus I think Deirdre's darker color scheme would go better with your town based on your signature

Personally, I would pick Erik. I think lazies are the cutest; however, based on your signature, Deirdre would be a MUCH better fit xD

If your signature is up to date, I'd say you could use another male villager! Erik would be pretty cute.

I voted for Deirdre too because I think you might like her better. That being said, even though I have her, I actually like Erik better. I think it's because he's a moose so it makes him more unique amongst the deer which kind of all look really similar.

Erik is too happy-go-lucky ...
But he would make an awesome character in a ski resort horror film!

It all depends on the situation - I would choose Deirdre myself, but seeing you have few males in your town, you could better go for Erik to even it out more. Also consider their personality when choosing, you may want a personality you do not have yet or that you like better.

Thank you all for the wonderful feedback. I think I'm leaning more towards Deirdre at this point. She would definitely match my town better, as many of you pointed out. And I will be adding another male villager regardless, so that won't affect my decision.

Any suggestions on a different lazy for my town? I've been considering Chester. He's pretty cute and gloomy looking.
