I only go invisible when I got so busy and want to be away from people pm-ing me while I still can check tbt without letting them think "busy yet still on tbt huh?" but I prefer going online mode especially I am expecting pm from buying/selling items xD

I didn't know this was a thing.
On reflection, there's been plenty of times when I've seen someone posting asking for an item, I've got exactly the item they want, I check their activity "oh they must have gone away" and don't bother to leave a message. I guess if you aren't interested in doing any wifi stuff with people it won't matter, but if you do wifi stuff I can only see it causing huge communication problems.
