Ogres Are Like Onions
Urgh today was stressful. Whitney asked me to catch her a Dorado, and I thought, yes, this was it, I was FINALLY getting her picture, because it's a rare fish and all. But no. I spend three hours trying to catch her a Dorado, and only ever coming up with Pike. I even caught three Arapaima before a bleeding Dorado showed up. Then, I hand it over to Whitney, who is shocked beyond belief, gives me her gratitude and eternal debt, and...
A wagon wheel. A bleeding wagon wheel?!?! For a Dorado. I rage quit at that point. It was like reliving giving Stitches his Horned Hercules and getting a bucket in return. So much heartbreak in one little day... I did get my first purple tulip today though, so that was nice
Starting to work on the badges more too. Got my gold flower planting badge today, yay. And I got my silver host badge
Good progress so far. Although my villagers are irritating me... They need to be more aware of the prices of things, methinks. Still, at least it boosted my friendship, and I am one step closer to gaining their pictures, and utmost friendship and trust.
