Sorry for such a late post! It's been a busy day.
I braved it this morning and went out in a t-shirt. Weather was sunny again, so why can't it be warm? I love my Grape Tee and haven't gotten to wear it since last fall, probably.

First villager to run into me today, Wart Jr., ran over to me and told me he needed signatures for his Wigless Wednesdays petition. After I finished my patrol, one of my friends let me come over to their town. I acquired six signatures rather quickly for once. Usually it's a real chore to chase down six different villagers. I also met a cute little koala bear named Sydney. :3 She was the last to sign, so I left and took the clipboard back to Wart Jr. In return, he gave me his picture! Put that up in my house right away. Now I think if it came down to it, I could let him move. I really like him and the position of his house though, so I'll keep him around as long as I can.

Chief had a package addressed to Lolly sent to his house by mistake. Dang Pete, quit fantasizing about Phyllis and do your job! Date life separate from work life, man. I quickly found Lolly walking about around her house and she called me over. She told me that there's a lot you can tell about a person just by their favorite type of flower. I told her that mine was a sunflower and she said that signifies my optimism and loyalty. Mostly true, I admit. Then I gave her the package, which turned out to be something she ordered for me. An Orange Jacket, which I sold. But I appreciate your thoughtfulness, dear Lollykins.

I dug up Felicity's time capsule while hunting for fossils. Which, by the way, I did a terrible job of again. Only found two. Anyway, it's a wonder I even noticed the time capsule since it was right behind the apple tree next to her house. I don't recall burying it there; I thought I had buried it a couple spaces higher, by the river, but there was a flower there I must have planted after I forgot about burying the time capsule. If that was the case, it's awfully fortunate that they relocate themselves if there's something on top of their original spot.

Then I did my routine shopping, and I purchased several items that I didn't have in my catalog. I made sure to buy some medicine for Whitney, since she's been sick for the past couple of days. </3 I believe her cold is in the last stages, so she should be out and about tomorrow.
Returned to Nook's today for my new score and to see what he had for sale. The new Mermaid Roof and Fairy Tale Fence look fairly decent and I earned 10,000 more points. He wasn't selling anything Fairy Tale-themed today, so I still need a new mailbox and siding. The Cobblestone Exterior looks rather awful with all of the pink and blue I've got going on now.

Working at the Roost today was a bit more successful than yesterday. Lolly, again, was first. And this time I nailed her coffee. I knew she liked Mocha, and I added a little milk and one sugar. Now I'll never get her wrong again.
Mitzi was next, and I was tempted to assume she had the same preferences as Lolly. But I tried a different mixture of blend, a regular amount of milk, and two sugars. She said it wasn't right, so no hints for her this time.
Biskit came in third, and where on earth did he come from? I would understand villagers that aren't from your town coming in if they were villagers that used to live in town like the ones that walk around Main Street, but no. He gave me no hints either, so I gave him a mocha with a little milk and one sugar. He said the roast was right, but that was all.
Kapp'n was last, and I instinctively presumed that the salty ol' sailor likes his coffee straight up. Partially right, as he commended me on adding no sugar, but apparently Kilimanjaro coffee with no milk was not to his liking.

Now, on to another segment of my alternate Shyloh's house!

Here is the left wing, the coaches' office. I'm not sure what exactly the coaches would need an office for, so I kept it small. Yes, I'm using the Classic Bookcase for a desk. I liked the official look of it, and things can be set on top as opposed to the Editor's Desk. And since it's facing the wall, you can't even tell that there's no legroom. Now that I think about it...I wonder if it could be refurbished to a darker color?
Besides that, I have the Editor's Chair, a Water Cooler, some plant, and two certificates I imagine could be for Coaches Ollie and Auriemma respectively. I considered maybe one of the HHA Plaques, but that would take up another spot on the desk. I also had a Filing Cabinet, but I felt like it made the room a little too crowded. Should I put it back, next to the desk on the right side?

Sorry there wasn't much to see today, but it's late and I'm tired and I want this tour to last as long as possible. x) Have a goodnight everybody.

Sorry to be late in commenting.

Yep, Pete seems to be messing up deliveries more than ever before. Either he and Phyllis need to get together, or he should just move on.

Sorry to hear that Whitney isn't feeling well. I hope she gets better soon.

I like the coaches' office. It would look strange to be fully expanded, so I think you were right in keeping it small. Maybe add a file cabinet, if you come across one? Other than that, it looks great.

The Classic series can be refinished. The options are Violet-Brown and Chocolate. I'll bet the latter would go nicely with the office chair. :)

Looking forward to the rest of the tour!
