Not much to mention today. I took my walk, found a book that turned out to be Chief's, watered my flowers, and found Buck a new piece of furniture for which he gave me his picture for like the fourth time.

Also, the new roof and exterior I bought looks really great on my house. Now I just need a new door to match. The final expansion for Shyloh's back room is done, and I ordered a few more lockers and showers today. If all goes according to plan, the locker room should be finished tomorrow! Then I believe I'm going to order a basement and turn it into a weight room.

Since that's about all I have to report, I'll hand it over to Buck for an overview of our town map.

((I feel the need to point out that most people don't like Buck because they think he looks angry. However, I've always thought that his 'eyebrows' are his eyes, and his 'eyes' are just cute little dimples underneath them. My Buck is a happy Buck. (: ))

Howdy, folks! I'm Beth's very best friend, and certified peacekeeper of Storrs, Buck! As you can see, this is our town map. And if you can't see, you need to get to exercisin' those eye muscles!

First of all, there's my house! Chief lives right nextdoor, and he's my other best bud. We're Beth's official emotional support group and it's up to us to take care of her. O'course, Lolly's a great help too. Beth looks up to her a lot. And you can see her house down there toward the southern shores. Also in that southeastern part of town are Deirdre, Felicity, and Lily. The pathway down there is different from the main brick path, so Beth must be planning something special.

Then there's our Business District up in the northeastern corner. Shyloh's house is up there, and Beth tells me it's going to be an awesome place to work out when it's finished. I can't wait! The double red x's represent ye ol' Horsebarn Hill, where our windmills are. I like to nap there sometimes.

The double yellow x's are for the Crossroads, which I believe Beth talked about yesterday since I saw her taking selfies there. Then moving south across the Brick Bridge by my house you can get to the town plaza and Re-Tail. I'm really glad Beth installed an Instrument Shelter just behind the plaza so I can see how the weather is going to be for my jogs! The purple x's beside Re-Tail are where Beth plants her hybrids so they can breed more beautiful flowers for our town. Usually she takes any new flowers and plants them in the field behind Patty's house until she thinks of something to do with them.

And the black ?'s behind Patty's house are where Beth tells me she wants to put a Wisteria Trellis! That sounds nice. Hopefully Patty has moved out by then so there's plenty of room. The bridge just above there is our Suspension Bridge. And our last bridge to the far east is a Cobblestone Bridge. Beth says she wants to replace it with a Fairytale Bridge someday.

I guess that just leaves the double blue x's, which are where the Zen Park is located. That's a great place to jog since it's shady and there are lots of things to run into. All the best for working on my agility! Speaking of jogging, it's time for me to do that. Hopefully Beth will let me talk again soon! See ya's!

OK, pics of your new house exterior, please! :) And a weight room in the basement of Shyloh's house sounds perfect. Theme houses are a lot of work, but so much fun.

Very nice to hear from you, Buck, except I have a feeling that once villagers from other towns see your report, they're going to be pestering all the other mayors to let them have a chance. In any event, you gave a very nice tour of the town, and I wish I could walk around those gardens and parks. Hope your jog was fun. :)

Oops, already wrote up today's post so I'll show ya here:
