I nod at Cindra, then turn to Raphael. "T-thank you!" I did a small bow, then hurry to the stall and asked for two large cheeseburgers. I scurry back to my seat, and blissfully smile at my meal, and take a large bite.

I'd followed them, and I snagged some wine and pasta with garlic sauce. "Yo thanks man." I took a sip of my wine.

I wasn't hungy, so I stayed put, I drank some more beer (and surprisingly was still not tipsy).

"Mmmmmmm!" I took another gargantuan mouthful, feeling the cheese melt in my mouth beautifully, the sweet pickles slide down my tongue, the savoury burger sizzle against my taste buds, the tomato sauce squish in my mouth. I wriggled in my seat, overcome with euphoria.

I went upstairs to unpack my stuff. I rummage through clothes, underwear, toothbrushes, and pause at a picture of the old team. I was 13 then. Everybody else was about 19: my current age. I looked at it for awhile, and then went through a melancholia stage sitting in my bed remembering times with all of them, and my eyes got a bit watery.

I learned three new spells in the space of five minutes, and was eager to test them out, but decided to wait until we were in the hotel rooms to test them.
I glanced over at the brute girl again, who by now had drunk several beers. I wondered how come she still didn't even look a little tipsy.

"Ah...that's the stuff." I finished the food and the glass of wine, stowing away the rest of the wine for later. I headed up to the hotel room, and let my belt and weapons sit on the wall.

Everyone else was getting tipsy. I felt awkward...

I finished my two burgers, and sighed with relief. "Tasty..." I sighed.

I decided to go sit parallel to Misa. "Hi."

I came out of the hotel room. "There's a room for Brutes and one for Aura. Brutes are on the left and Aura on right," I said, my voice thick and slurred. I closed the door and continued to look at the picture.

I was still sober, but I knew that one more glass and I'd be doing stupid stuff. I took off my armor, leaving my tunic and pants left. I was in the right room; I'd guessed.

"Um, hi," I said, still nervous to talk to people.

I felt the mage girls eyes on me.

I took a final swig of beer and raised out of my seat, I should say hey, I have to make at least one friend I swept the red hair from my eyes and walked over to the girl., I was not shy, just not the best with people... I have been told I can come off a bit rude at time. I take a seat next to Misa. "Erm, I am Alex... I am not the best with people, but I had to say hi to some one." Oh god that seemed awkward...

I headed to the Aura room. "Hey, what's up?"

"I, uh, just wanted to say that I think your magic is really impressive." I blurt, staring gawkily.

A Brute guy sits next to me, and talks to Misa. I listen silently.

"Hi... I'm Misa." I tried to say confidently, but the fear was audible in my voice.
