Dark Veil (Roleplay)

Misa sounded scared. Do I really scare people that much? I thought.

Maybe a friendly approach might make her seem more comfortable.

"I saw you in the competition earlier, your magic is really impressive."

I walk into the Aura room and sat on a bed, then crossed my arms and sighed.

"Sort of..."

"Oh hi, Fe-" I hiccup loudly, interjecting my speech. I look away in embarrassment, covering my mouth.

"Hi Cordelia. So, what are your talents?" I ask quickly, hoping to cover for her hiccup.

"Of coarse." I let out a cute smile (which is a VERY rare sight)

"I cant use magic you see," I chuckle, "I am more of a smash open your head person!"

YOU IDIOT THATS JUST GOING TO SCARE HER WHY DID YOU EVEN SAY THAT I think facpalming

"I guess I'm okay with daggers," I say. "I didn't show my skills in the competition, but I'm determined to be better in next assignments."

"I'm sure you will be. My talents are basically archery and thievery. I'm quite the accomplished thief. Cindra can draw, as you can see, sing, and heal. Speaking of which, can we see some more of your drawings, Cindra?"

I could hear the girl giggle. This is so embarrassing

"Anyway..." I play with my hair thinking of something to say.

"Tell me about yourself... Unless that's a bit to forward... Actually that might be personal and non of my business, you see girly chat isn't really my thing... and well... I don't even know anymore..." I Felt like such an idiot.

I didn't want to tell Fein about my stealing -- I didn't really want to tell anyone. I guess that'd be something I keep secret for a while...

I glance at Cindra.

"I specialize in brute force, and nothing but brute force."

"Um..." I muttered, unsure of whether I wanted to say anything or not. I could feel myself becoming tired, though.
"Um, I'm getting tired, I think I'll go up to the aura room. S-sorry," I said, in the politest way I could. I put away my book, stood up, and turned to leave.

I smiled. "Sure."
As I picked up my backpack, all of my papers and drawings spilled out. I gasped and started to gather them all up.
"Sorry! I'm clumsy..."

"Oh, let me help you with that." I lean down, and pick up some of her drawings, when I notice something sticking out. Runes? I give it to her quickly, and continue to help clean up.

I blush, and stuff my drawings back in my backpack.
"Um..I'm good with throwing knives..."

"Throwing knives..." I echo. "I've been trying to get the hang of those, but it's so hard!"
