I raise my hand immediately, hoping to glean as much information from this man as possible. "Excuse me, sir. But, I thought the Brutes were to be taught by you, not the Auras. Or is this some sort of beginner class where we are all together?"
One of the men talks back. "And no talking back," I snap at him. "I was the last survivor of the previous generation, so you shut your mouth before I whip your sorry ***."
"And although I am a Brute, I am very well rounded with both types. And like I said, I have nobody to teach the Aura."
I sigh, looking at the ground until I noticed a lone girl standing near the alley. She seems like she doesn't want to be disturbed. That's fine by me. I tuned into Raphael's speech, a question forming. I pushed the tought away. I'll find out about it myself
I quickly nod, and thank him for answering my question. I sit down next to a girl with long navy hair, saying hello and all of the polite things, as I was taught.
The same recruit was still talking back. I pulled out my bow and arrow and shot an apple in his mouth. "That should shut you up. ***face. Now, where were we? Ah, yes. Uniforms for the Aura right here," I announce as I pull out a large metal box of dark robes covering everything except the eyes.
After I receive a greeting back, I settle down, looking around the room at my new peers. While I look around, I tune in to Raphael, hoping I didn't miss anything. He seems to be arguing with someone... one of my peers?
They finish fighting, and Raphael pulls out a large box filled with Aura uniforms. They cover everything except the eyes, and look to be made of black material. "Oh dear," I think to myself, then slap an expression of fake excitement across my face.
For the last 10 minutes I've been drifting off, ignoring Raphael's speech. Suddenly a shout came from him, and I snapped out of my dreamy state. He seems to be arguing with someone. The other man has a sword pulled out as well.
