Also, the general theme of my mayor's house is pretty regal (tho I haven't used the regal set yet xD) and classy, so I want it to look a little more polished than a set like, say, the striped or the kiddie set. No need to use Gracie furniture though... I already have! xD

I am hoping they can be incorporated, but I leave it up to your judgment on what to omit and/or what other pieces to add. The character whose home this is for would rather be comfy and happy than super-organized, thus the sloppy pieces. (Feel free to refurb pieces too if you like)

I'll pay 2m since that's what everyone else seems to be offering...? But I will go up if necessary.

hi! for the degree of customization required for this (if you're saying i need to get all these items by myself and customize) the room would cost a bit more than 1M, seeing as you want me to get villager pictures (they can cost between 2-5M a PIECE if buying) .. i'm not saying i'm closed to heavily customized rooms, but this one is quite much!!! it REALLY helps if you have some of the pieces already especially if they're going to be customized with gems (starting from scratch is hard sometimes). thanks!

ps, a higher budget REALLY helps but i'm not really doing this for the money
