So, I have extras of the Golden Tools, and I decided why not open up a rental shop for them. There are a few rules and conditions, so please read below for them.
Rules/Terms/Conditions-
1) Must have at least a 5% Positive Wifi Rating.
2) Each tool is rented for 3 days, unless you want to extend.
3) If you do not return the tool within the agreed time, you will get a negative rating and will be reported for stealing. I will also make sure to tell everyone that you are a stealer and scammer. Sorry, but it'll have to be done.
4) To rent the tool, it is 250,000 for 3 days; but you have to put down 500,000. 250,000 will be returned to you after the three days.
5) To rent the tool for more than 3 days, we have to agree on a set price. It may be expensive because others might want to rent it as well.
6) If you do not want the tool for as long as 3 days, it is still a 250,000 rental fee.
7) Please do not duplicate the item(s) that are in your possession for the time.
8) To rent ALL the tools for 3 days, it'll be a cost of 1,000,000 (price is high, because I particularly don't want someone to rent them all out at once.)

Stock can be upgraded, if there is a high demand for the rental of these tools.
Note: 3 Days are counted from the time you receive the tool(s). Example: If you receive the tool(s) on Tuesday at 12:00 PM, then it will have to be returned at 12:00 PM on Friday. There is a 150K charge for every day the tool is late.
