Dang it!

I think my aim or my computer was hacked because now I can't open aim and it's asking me for a password. I entered it and it won't load and it denies it. What should I do?

And my yahoo. It's denying my password. I managed to get into aim. But yahoo is still locking up. And every time I try to access it, it freezes/lags my computer.
