Daisy Mae hasn't visited my island how to unlock?

Hi there, probably dumb question. I've had my town for I think 2 or 3 weeks now? There's been at least 3 Sundays that have passed, I received a letter in the mail from her saying she would visit but she hasn't?

Am I missing something / doing something wrong here?

So far (I think at least) all the other NPCs have visited at least once.

Daisy Mae is unlocked once the Nook's Cranny has been built.

Have you checked the back side of your cliffs? Sometimes she spawns there. Also, she only visits until 12 noon. Past that time, she leaves.

I had the same question and realised i just woke up too late lmao- waking up early to see her now haha
