Cyrus isn't waking up!

I've read on various websites that Cyrus wakes up once you've sold 100,000 bells worth of items to Re-Tail, have 100 reorderable items in your catalogue, and have 50 pieces of reorderable furniture and 10 pieces of reorderable clothing in the cataloge, and your character has been around for at least 7 days.

I have about 110 orderable items, 80 pieces of orderable furniture, 30 pieces of orderable clothing, solde 200,000 bells worth of bugs from the island, and I made my character two weeks ago. But Cyrus is still asleep! Am I missing something? I got Cyrus to wake up almost right away with my mayor character, but he will not wake up for my other character. Does anyone have any advice for me? I really want to customize the alpine set with my own designs....

Well, I went searching around a bit and I found a slightly different answer: "Cyrus, the blue alpaca, wakes up after you have played for seven days, sold 100,000 bells worth of items to Reese, and have 100 pieces of furniture and 50 clothing items in your catalog."

100 pieces of furniture and 50 clothing items is the difference I found. Unless you meant 50 pieces of clothing and not furniture.. I don't know. If you time travel, you could try travelling to the next day and going into Re-Tail to see if he wakes up. Either that or not time travel and wait until tomorrow to try it.

You need 100 pieces of furniture cataloged and 50 clothing items. Not 50 pieces of furniture and 10 clothing items. You need to collect more.
