cycling with the new update?

ugh im trying to cycle, using the cards as little as possible. i cant get anyone to get out though!! i found a method where you time travel 1 year, 1 year, 7 days instead of 5 because of the new update where villagers give u a 5-10 day warning, but it wont work!! can someone please help??

1 yr & 5 days back, 1 yr forward, 7 days forward should work if I am correct

whenever i do 7 days at once isabelle doesnt tell me whos moving out only that i havent been here for a while. would she tell me someones moving out if i actually got someone in boxes or DO I have to go to everyones house and check
