Chief is not boxed up yet. He's free to lurk. All lurkers will be given a 30 minute window to claim him before he's available to whomever. He can be reserved if you don't want to risk missing him.(I will hold about half a day for a reserved villager if needed. Fees are in the first post.) I will be continuing cycling in just a few minutes and currently he's the only one I have to list. Thus far you have no competition for him.
Edit: He's free unless reserved.
