ANNOUNCEMENT
As of 10/6/14, I will be returning to college work, so my cycling thread will be going very slow. You know, the whole "homework comes first" thing. D: I'll still try to come on every other or third day, if I can!​


Cycling rules:
  • Please stay online after asking to reserve a villager long enough to see my reply!
  • First come first serve!
  • Unreserved villagers will have a 30-60 minute claim window before being voided!
  • Pre-reserved villagers will have a 36 hour pick-up time before being resold/reoffered! No exceptions.
  • If you'd like to know what tier a villager is, please refer to here!


Town rules:
  • Do not talk to any other villager.
  • Yes, you may use my retail. Just don't buy the items I put up.
  • If we have made an IG Bell agreement, DROP HALF THE BELLS FIRST. Then go get your villager, followed by the rest of the bells.
  • I really don't care if you run, since there's really nothing worth saving. Just make sure I can see you.
  • You can take ANY items you see around the town- flowers, gyroids, furniture- also feel free to ask to explore!
  • Rules will be added if necessary.


FOR LURKER RESERVING:​
  1. You may NOT reserve Diana, Stitches, Marshal, Beau, or Lolly. They will be auctioned.
  2. Reserving a T1 or T2 Villager costs 20 BTB. This is separate from the buying prices. Tiers 3, 4, and 5 are free.
  3. By paying a reservation fee, you accept the chance that I may never get the villager you're looking for, and you accept the risk that I may get them at a highly inopportune time for you.
  4. You will have 36 hours to pick up your pre-reserved villager once I've informed you that they're moving. After that, they will be reoffered or voided.


FOR RESERVING A VILLAGER I CURRENTLY HAVE:​
  1. Please make sure to ask to reserve them in a reply so everyone knows you got here first!
  2. For T1 & T2, wait until I've replied to send the 20 BTB! Once I've replied, you'll have about one hour to send the bells, or I'll move on! For T3, T4, and T5, just go ahead and reply with a reservation, no charge.
  3. For T1 Villagers, I will keep you updated on any change that happens with your villager. This includes sending you a screenshot of their home once they've unpacked, sending one if something changes, and informing you if their shirt/catchphrase/greeting changes. (You can ask me not to do any of these things if you'd like!) For anyone: You may request a screenshot of them or their home, or ask for an update at any time, in case you're wondering about status.
  4. NEW RULE: You may reserve 1 villager at a time, with a max of 3. That way I'm not giving all the best ones to the same lot.


ABOUT PAYMENTS:​
  • T1 villagers cost 175-250 BTB. You may also pay with wishlist items, but only if you have less than 175 BTB. The price IS negotiable!
  • T2 villagers cost 5-10 mil, depending on rank.

Yes, you can ask to reserve a villager already on these lists! But you'll get them the second time around.

Fill all the slots at retail with items at bogus prices? I'm selling peaches for a million in mine. =) I think you block them from wearing able sisters originals by putting up umbrellas. I have dress patterns up and no one has adopted them so I think it works the same. Other than that I have no clue.

Zell is a tier two, but since you're the first to request a villager, I'll let you have Zell for no charge! :D Call it a grand-opening prize. I'll let you know the VERY SECOND he's moving, so be ready at any time! Although, it probably won't be anytime in the next 24 hours. ^ ^ However, there's a chance he won't be origional, due to this being new to me, if you're okay with that.

Thank you so much! I will use all of your advice right away!! If you ever see someone you like in the future, (other than Zell) that you like, you may have them, as long as you're first!! Thanks!! ^ ^
 
Congrats on the new cycling thread. :)

This is just a really small thing, but I think that you should put somewhere whether you are cycling or not. Other than that, this cycling thread is great! :D

Rosie is tier one however, so if you'd like to reserve her, I have a tag of 20 BTB to reserve tiers one and two villagers, which is separate from the buying price, and I was thinking tier one villagers would sell for quite a hefty price. Are you okay with this?
I should state that if you do reserve her now and later decide you don't want her, there won't be a refund. D:
