My island (and now resort) had Anabelle and Antonio. They were neighbors for a bit, and now I made them roommates in HHP.
For siblings, I actually figured out which villagers could be siblings based on their species, number of siblings they canonically have, and the rank (oldest, middle, youngest, etc). You can see my spreadsheet here. A lot of them have question marks since there's multiple combinations that are possible.
