I just find ones I think are cute and I usually save them to my computer or bookmark the page. I'm no good at designing things myself, but luckily other people are and are generous enough to share their talent.

My Mayor has the hairbow wig, shearling coat, shearling shoes and cuffed jeans on atm along with the hairbow wig. It's a very basic whitegirl look lol
