Cute Macaron Flag

I would really love it if someone can make me a Macaron QR design that I can use as a flag in my town.
My character is named ?clair and my town is named Laduree <3.
If some of you don't know Laduree is the name of a popular bakery in France! There are even stores in Seoul and New York.

Here's the picture I want-


This is my first time using the forums bells, so I really do not know how much to offer. But I have 1,000 bells and I know this won't be easy at all, so I'll just give the member who does this all my forum bells x).
