Cut or not to cut?

I'm seeking some opinions on whether or not to cut my hair. =/ I'm quite indecisive lol Many of you have seen pictures of me so you know how long my hair is, for those of you who don't it's midway down my back, possibly longer. I meant to take a picture of the back of it yesterday for this thread's purpose but forgot to lol. I'll post one later when I get home from work.

But till then...what are your opinions? I'm open to suggestions GO GO GO!
