Something I found interesting in NL was the customizable options for the town hall through rennovations. I rennovated my exterior to match the zen aesthetic of my town. While I thought this was really cool, I'm not sure whether it would be anywhere on Nintendo's priority list for NH. Still, I think it's a fun idea to have, and I'd love to see them bring it back with a more refined style.
Is this something you'd like to be added in NH, or should we leave it back in NL?
I never actually changed my town hall or trains station in NL, but more choice is never a bad thing. It's actually a little weird they don't have it, even in a limited form, considering how much emphasis is placed on customization in NH.
I loved being able to change your Town Halls in New Leaf. I wish they hadn't removed that option. I liked the modern appearance to the buildings. I hated that I had to choose between having Booker or Copper, though. I think one was a modern police station and the other was a zen police station. Kind of weird there was no fairy-tale version of that.
it seems like nh wants to put a pretty heavy emphasis on customization, so i do hope that this becomes an option in the future :0 i’d also really like to see tailors’ shop/nook’s cranny customization options!!
I’d be super happy if you could customize the lamps there and the brick flooring! Besides that, the building is sorta cute.... I suppose! But yes, that’d be wonderful. There’s really no building customization yet and that’s a bummer since the biggest thing about the game was how customizable the island is.
I loved the idea of having a tree that grows alongside your town in NL! In NH, the resident services looks a bit barren when there aren't any NPCs visiting
dude i wish. and i wish we could change something about the plaza color as well, it would be so much easier to make it match the rest of your town/island. it would be so cute if they added different town halls...
