Customizable or not- easy way to tell?

Hey guys. Is there a quick and efficient way to see if a furniture is customizable or not without trying it at the DIY station? I know there are certain furnitures that come in different un-customizable colors. Thanks for answering in advance?

In the DIY table, items will be tagged as "Customizable" if they are.

Thanks! I meant to say by looking at an item in your inventory without having to check it at the DIY station. Kind of a hassle having to bring an item to the DIY station just to check!

Very few items T&T sell are customizable, very few.

Most crafting items, with exception of stuff like clothes and umbrellas, can usually be customized.

There really is no set way to tell without looking at some sort of guide. You just kinda have to know weather an item was crafted or bought.

I usually just assume all craftable items are customizable, and all Nook items/Shop items are not. Theres probably exceptions though.

You can look at your entire furniture catalog at Harvey's Island and try out all the customization options there. Though that takes some time/effort as well.
