Currently Playing?

I'm currently playing PMD: EoS via emulator. I'm currently on chapter 9, and am trying to think of a strategy for Groudon (my player-partner combo is Riolu-Phanpy).

I bought 'Retro Highway' for like $2 or $3 on Switch. Took a risk on it, since it's clearly a VERY cheap indy game. But, I'm not at all regretting the purchase. It was very cheap, and it plays pretty much like I expected...a nice homage to the Road Rash games, but without a definitive finish for the races. Instead, you collect coins and attempt to pass various objectives and goals. You can do jumps off trucks with ramps, try to avoid the traffic, unlock new bikes and maps. For what it is, the value is definitely there. I've been enjoying it as a pick-up-and-play game for the past few days...and I could see it being one I'll return to from time to time.

Also, grinding away at Pokemon Violet.

And Tinykin on Game Pass is a blast. I started playing that the other day. Very easy to kill hours at a time.

Currently playing Mortal Kombat 11 trying to grind out 25 fatalities against my girl Jade to unlock a new skin chest for her in the krypt. about 11/25 done expecting another fun hour

I've started on Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals for the Super Nintendo. Pretty okay so far, despite a kind of rough localization.

Right now I am currently playing Genshin Impact and Luigi's Mansion, I'm really hoping to get through Luigi's mansion this week so I can finally finish a game on my backlog. I enjoy the game but there are points in the game where I am getting annoyed with it to be honest.

Been really hooked on playing Pikmin 3 Deluxe, it's a ton of fun and I could listen to the adorable sounds the Pikmin make for literal HOURS, it's the best! 🥰 I saw the latest Nintendo Direct segment on Pikmin 4 showing off several new gameplay elements and it's looking really good so far. Looks as though a couple of predictions are coming true, such as a possible "Night Mode" where you stay on the planet (presumably PNF-404 aka Earth again or maybe a whole new planet entirely) after sunset and fight really ferocious creatures 🌼🌼🌼 the game is looking like a blend of all previous 3 games into one.

Bought the original Pikmin for GameCube and playing through it for the first time. I love it! It's way harder than I expected though, lots of resource and time management, both things I'm not good at LOL

Also playing through Mario Sunshine (via Super Mario 3D All-Stars) cause I got nostalgic for it recently 😅

Started playing Asterix & Obelix XXL 3: The Crystal Menhir. Very short game, so I'm aiming for 100% completion on this one. Should be fun, considering I can't even find a 100% guide for it.

Just finished Unpacking and been playing through Disco Elysium with my fiance. Very different but both great games!

Earthbound beginnings. Its cool to have some backstory to a character im not saying the name of. Im not used to unseen encounters so it ends either bored or terrified of finding something else while wandering

Also Dauntless. Thought I wasn't a fan of online games but seems its competitive games that i dont play. You have to work together with people instead. I seem to love it and I play alot on it

i bought the tales of symphonia remaster today and while i'm not convinced they've remastered anything i'm having a ton of fun!! so nostalgic ☺️☺️

Currently addicted to CrisTales, a very underrated JRPG! Highly recommend JRPG fans to check it out!!(y)
