In my town right now I have Beau, Gayle, Kid Cat, Rowan, Ankha, Bianca, Sally, Molly, and Canberra. Beau, Gayle, Ankha and Bianca are definitely staying. I'm pretty attached to the rest, too, but they're my keepers. As for who I want, I'd like to have Julian, Lucky, Coco, and Jacques back someday. Ankha and Bianca are really the only ones I chose before actually meeting them. The rest I've gotten attached to because they've been in my towns at some point or another and were fun to have around.
I currently have Roald, Punchy, Agnes, Hugh, Bettina, Sprinkle, Ribbot, Mallary and Octavian.
My only dreamies are ones which moved away from my town before I could stop them (Merry and Purrl) or before I was ready to let them go (Molly). I desperately want Merry back one day. I tend to bond to villagers after I meet them, not before. I wasn't expecting to like Octavian after I first met him. In fact, I was planning to get rid of him at the earliest opportunity. But now if he asks about moving he'll be informed he's not going anywhere.
Wow, Kiki is more common than I thought. She's actually my last original villager still in my town, then I have Bree, O'hare, Rooney, Lobo, Twiggy, Cherry, Cole, who is packed up and will be gone tomorrow, and I'm currently holding Tia for someone. I don't plan on keeping Cherry or Twiggy, but all of my others are either dreamies or I've come to love too much to let go.
Oldest villagers (I think they're originals, I can't remember): Dora, Puddles, Elvis, Jitters, Bluebear
Newer villagers: Klaus, Papi, Alfonso
Newest villagers: Avery, Phil
Ex-villagers: Mathilda, Hazel, Pate (I think I had him as an Original and he left really quickly)
Right now I could see myself keeping Elvis, Bluebear, Avery and Phil.
I like Phil, he reminds of Falco (Star Fox) crossed with Unfezant (Pokemon).
I can't wait to get rid of Klaus. Not a fan of Dora's head. Alfonso is a dope. I like Puddles but I've had her for so long I think I'm ready to get rid of her. Jitters will be leaving June 4.
I'm hoping to replace Pierce, Tangy, Bubbles and Moe with Fauna, Felicity, Cherry (currently have her in my second town; just need to move someone out first so that I can transfer her) and Zell.
