Well, of course it's still able to be cracked. Any phone is. That's why you take care of your phone. Also, had he used a case (which Apple is providing free, so there's no reason not to have one), it wouldn't have cracked like that.

I've dropped my phone many times, it doesn't shatter, it has a few light scratches. And no case. Glass is a very bad thing to make a phone out of, if someone drops it and has it break, then go to pick it up, you know how easily and deep glass cuts?

I don't hate Apple. I'm an apple fan, I love their stuff. But it just annoys me how you're such a god damn fanboy with both them, and Nintendo.

If you have a cheap plastic phone, then of course it's not going to crack as easily as glass (it will more than likely get scratched pretty bad, though). But you shouldn't be dropping your phone to begin with, especially if it's a $200-300 iPhone. Yes, accidents do happen, and that's why you use a case, just to be safe. And there's no excuse to not have one, because Apple is giving them away for free.

Yes, it's no secret that I'm a fan of Apple, and I love the iPhone. But I only love Apple and its products because I have good reason to. The iPhone is just amazing. There's no other way to put it. No other phone out there is like it. There are imitators, yes, but nothing really comes close to the iPhone, especially the iPhone 4. Everything about it is amazing. And it's products like that that make me love Apple so much. However, I certainly don't love everything about Apple. There are many things about the company that I dislike, but the iPhone just isn't one of those things. I'm not just a crazy Apple fanboy, I just love my *censored.3.0*ing amazing phone.

He means that the iPhone 4's camera isn't exactly the kind of quality he wants for the videos he makes. That doesn't mean that the iPhone 4 has a bad camera, though, because it certainly doesn't. It's just not exactly on par with expensive, professional cameras, which is to be expected, because it's not a professional camera, it's a phone (a phone with a damn good camera, that is).

it is an amazing camera in my opinion. although ive never used a professional camera. iphone to me is pretty pro cuz it has some cool features and effects.

but is not something to use for photography since its a little phone camera

You were questioning my opinion on the camera. I'm a film guy, I'm into cinematography, and editing, and I'm heading to college in a year to start my career in film. And you will never catch me filming something, no matter what it is, on a cell phone camera, that has a bajillion flaws, and looks like garbage, compared to the proper high definition SLRs and other cameras I use.

I have the current touch and I love it. I don't need a camera and all the crap on my Ipod so it's perfect for me. I like them much better than the nano, just because of the size and I'm one of those freaks who has to have album artwork on EVERY song so I like the better pictures haha.

I have 10 pages of fun apps, about 11 hours of vids, and over 1,000 songs, I and am very happy with it.

Personally David, just go buy a refurbished first generation or a second generation iPod Touch. Then you can go jailbreak it. But if you are waiting for the new iPod then just get a 16 GB (if they are going to have it), because I see no point getting the highest one if you aren't a app-a-holic.
