Current food obsession?

right now ive been devouring crispy seaweed snacks as my mom and sister bought me a big pack of them to enjoy with some sushi rice and whatever else id like to add. as im on a vegan fast for lent i am limited to veggies as toppings but the vegan spicy mayo has been carrying hard lmao. if we had some tofu to crisp up right now that would so good too, next time we go shopping though.

we got these fruits that im not sure of on the name, but its a hybrid between a pomelo and grapefruit and im thoroughly enjoying them! as a pomelo lover this hybrid variation of it is so so delicious and ive literally been eating them everyday.

omg i bought 2 packs of hashbrown patties from trader joe's last weekend and i already went through one pack LOL ive been eating them in everything especially since i've been eating breakfast before my exams this past week.

Yes I experience this for some reason. My spurts often last anywhere from two weeks to two months. It can be a problem, so I try to interrupt it or have it in small bits at a time making the spurt last longer, but hopefully more well rounded nutrition that way? I think I fall into this because I'm a creature of habit, and I like simplicity in my life when/where I can. So eating the same thing for long periods of time doesn't usually bother me, but it is simply not good to do. Especially if I only eat my normal one or two meals a day.
Right now it is strawberries. All March long I've been interested in strawberry things and now it is April. The only strawberry thing in my house right now is this organic strawberry spread in a glass jar. It is amazing (probably tastes so great because there isn't weird stuff in it). So I've been putting it on stuff. 🍓😋

I've really been enjoying pepperoni as a snack lately. I've been going through bags pretty quick.

Chicken salad. I made a batch for lunches to take to work last week and have enjoyed it so much that I'm doing the same for this week. I'm trying a recipe for a buffalo chicken salad this time.

Frozen watermelon
Sounds good! I should try that when mine are ready to be picked. I tried dehydrating watermelon one time for the fun of it. I didn't know what to expect, but it shriveled up to almost nothing and was slightly tacky and close to paper-thin. But it tasted like a watermelon fruit-roll up. It wasn't bad!

blueberries, blueberry ice cream, blueberry bagels, blueberry cream cheese, blueberry muffins, blueberry yogourt, everything blueberry

10/10 in my opinion 😊 I use it as a replacement for ice cream, especially since it's been so hot where I live and I want something sweet + cold to cool me off. It might be hard to eat when it's fresh from the freezer so I usually let it thaw for a couple mins.

Mexican food specifically this one place I really like. I got some as a treat for dinner yesterday.

Still cheese. I think I want to try limburger on this sandwich, grilled, with a meat and a mustard.

If you're going to grill a cheese that stinky it will probably linger in your kitchen for a while. I've never tried it before, but wouldn't mind trying! Let me know how it goes if you decide to do it.

On second thought, I've had teleggio. That's a cheese that smells like a stinky foot. I didn't care for that one. I thought limburger was more like a blue cheese. I haven't had many of those yet.
