Curious about a few items and features

So I'm sure that this list is well known by now, but I'm not wanting to go through all of it yet so as to not spoil anything.
Here is the list.

For those of you who have viewed the whole list, does it include the red toy hammer from acnl, and the snow bunny item from the first game and pc?
Also, any mention of perfect fruit, tree stump patterns, or igloos/igloo tents in the winter?
