No, you can't. Mods/admins can disable accounts though. IIRC they don't delete posts on request either.

I don't think so. Why would you give a completely new account to a friend though? Wouldn't it be better for them to make their own account, so they can personalize their username and password? No offense.

Sorry if I'm making too many assumptions, but I don't find a lot of truth to that. It makes no sense to delete this account, make a brand new one, and "give it to a friend". If they want an account it's reasonable for them to make their own... You just want to start over and be that "friend" you're talking about since you're not allowed to have multiple accounts on here. That might not be the case, but it seems like it could be, so if it IS, I'm just gonna say that you need to live up to your mistakes you've made on your account and not try to find the easy way out of it. Again, sorry if I'm wrong, but I've been seeing a lot of drama with you lately, so yeah...
