This is the key they mean. CS:Go, TF2, and Dota Keys are all commonly used as a form of currency on Steam to buy/sell/trade for games. They all cost approxmately $2.49 if bought from their in-game stores, though people sell them for less on the Steam Market due to regional pricing.
